This form collects a few pieces of non-identifying information to start your Tenant Verification Profile, created under a unique Tenant ID (not your name).

After completing this step, you’ll receive a secure link through the Toronto Real Estate Board to provide details for your credit, employment, and reference checks. These are securely reviewed by Neil Smith, Sutton Group Incentive Realty Inc., Brokerage.

Verified results — such as confirmed employment, positive references, and strong payment history — are added to your public profile as non-identifying highlights, along with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming your Verified Tenant Status.
